My heart bleeds for all of you, who are waiting for Amy to come home. I saw the poster in Fuengirola harbor, and I instantly feld very sad.. I often travel in the area of benalmadena and Fuengirola and was so sad to see that a beautyful place like that, can bring some people so much sorrow.. I hope from the bottom of my heart, that she will come home soon, and I will always keep an eye out for her.. Stay strong!

Hello! I have just returned from Spain following a backpacking trip around many different areas. My last location was in Costa De La Mier, and we had visited the Mariposario de Benalmadena Butterfly Park. I posted our pictures there and saw your story as well.

One of the places we visited was Barcelona. Every evening while we walking past the Hard Rock Cafe, there was a young girl, sitting on the street, seemingly out of it, with a cardboard placard stating her story in Spanish. I can't read Spanish, but I was very intrigued by her. I was too shy to talk to her, but her face haunted me the entire trip. I met so many people but she stands out, and I didn't even meet her.

She was quite young, and had short, cropped pink hair, a few face piercings, and her clothes were of the clubbing or rave style. She had a backpack on, but seemed to not connect with anyone, just rocking back and forth with half lidded eyes.

When I saw your picture of Amy...again this young girl came into my head. I don't want you to go onto a wild goose chase, or get your hopes up, but something about her stuck with me...I so wish I would have talked to her!

If you have anyone in the Barcelona area, this girl was out every evening, right past Hard Rock.

At the very least, I wish you peace.

Thank you for passing this information on. We have passed this information onto the police. We appreciate you getting in touch to tell us about this girl. Lets hope its Amy.

Your daughter Amy came into my head today as I was driving home and I felt compelled to see if there had been any news.  Im sorry to see you are still without news on her whereabouts and I hope that you get news soon.  Every day must feel like Pergatory to you but stay strong in the knowledge that whilst people like myself might only think of Amy occassionally, its positive that so many people on here take the time to pray for your family and express their support.

Please God the next time I check in there will be some good news for you.  Audrey.

Thank you for your kind message. We hope some day that we can post on Amy's website that she has been found too. its over 3 and a half years now and we are desperate to find her.

To Amy's parents. I cant even imagine what you are going through not knowing where your daughter is. My thoughts are with you and I hope you find your daughter soon. your site is a real tribute to Amy. She will be very proud to see this when she is found. Please keep us updated on Amy's disappearance. It is great to be able to come here and keep up to date with everything that is happening with Amy's case. I read some of the negative reports that you have in the news section it must be horrible to have things said like this about Amy. Keep your heads held high. Amy knows the truth.

Claire

Thank you Claire. It means a lot to us to know that not everyone believes we neglected Amy.
